Very impressed with service - both the website, booking the ski hire & also when collecting ski's etc in the shop. Helpful staff, wiling to assist with fitting & in my case, swapping boot sizes. Would defo recommend - i will be using again in a few weeks when off to Chamonix.

En dehors de la remarque précédente sur la confusion des gammes, l'accueil est très correct et l'attente acceptable... surtout quand il n'y a pas trop de monde.

Pourquoi le magasin donne t-il le même type de matériel que vous ayez payé "rouge" ou "noir"... réponse du magasin "c'est que pour le tarif "rouge" on vous a surclassé..."
mon oeil ;-)
Il faudrait des modèles "types" en référence pour éviter ce genre de sentiment d'avoir été lésé...

Excellent value and good equipment right next to the piste. Will definitely use this service again. Not much charisma from staff but no great problem.

Ski rental service was excellent. Equipment was first class, service fast and staff very friendly. I would recommend it.

Apparemment nous étions les premiers clients de la boutique à avoir recours à ce système de réservation.
Ils ont été très professionnels et ont fourni du matériel de qualité très satisfaisante, conforme à ce qui avait été réservé.
Leur seule curiosité a concerné le montant que nous avions réglé...
